Can I still beat Ed after 45 years?

Q. Do you think there is a chance to "beat" bulimia and compulsive overeating after 45 years?

A. YES. Absolutely. There is always hope. There is always something more you can do to save your own life. I also truly believe that we are the equal of any challenge life hands us. Challenges are lessons, and some lessons take us more time to learn than others. The really big, worthwhile lessons might take us a lifetime to learn. But they are worth the wait and the work! So keep fighting!
