How can I get more energy?

Q. Why is it - you can eat very very healthy and good food and yet still have no energy?  And then eat to get more energy EVEN tho you're really not hungry - you just want more energy?  I find it very hard in the morning to get going and have the energy to take a shower, wash my hair and get dressed.  Sometimes it can feel like a chore.

A. This is an excellent question...although unfortunately one that only your professional support team is adequately equipped to answer. There may be all kinds of reasons why the food you are consuming does not equip you with a level of energy that meets your needs and goals. So my suggestion is to consult your professional team and have them investigate physical, emotional, and mental reasons why your nutrient intake is not producing a sufficient level of energy output for you to engage in life at the level you desire to. Do not rule out food allergies, depression, or inability of your intestinal system to absorb nutrients. There could be many other causes as well - these are just a few of the issues I personally have encountered during times when I experienced similar issues as what you are describing now. But please consult your professional team promptly - it is great that you are noticing how your body is interacting with the nutrients you are courageously consuming, and very self-respectful of you to reach out for help and support! Your professional team will be able to assess the best plan of action to remedy your low energy level.
